The Winston School issues official transcripts directly to educational institutions, employers or other recipients upon written request of students or those who hold the student’s educational rights (such as a conservator, attorney or a family member with written permission to make the request). A transcript released directly to a student or other individual is not an official transcript and won’t be accepted by the registrar of most accredited educational institutions.
Upon receipt of the signed transcript request form (attached as a pdf) and a $5 fee per transcript (payable in the form of a check or money order), please allow up to two weeks for the transcript request to be processed, particularly at times of year when the school is out of session. Mail the requests to the attention of the registrar at the school address:
